Both in BIOS and in windows.Ībout the bios version, I dont exactly rememeber what version was it but it was definitely version 4.00 or above. I will try to reset BIOS to defaults when im home, but everything was reporting properly before AND after installing new cpu.

In task manager the i5 9600k for some reason was fluctuating between like 4.0ghz and 4.5 ghz, though the base clock speed is 3.7ghz and I did not overclock it yet.

I havent tried resetting bios or clearing cmos yet (im at work), planning to do that when I get home. Im not sure but this might be the cause of conflicting BIOS/CMOS settings from old cpu. (Fast boot was enabled in the bios for about a month before so I dont see any post codes or motherboard logo) So when I press the power button, the lights in the case turn on, fans start going and the hard drive also spins up, screen stays black, NO post, after 5 seconds it shuts down (everything turns off) and turns itself back on 2 more times before going into windows on 4th try.
